Trigger Panel actions from Hooks: pass payload#85

I know this has been a far shot for a long time and I am not sure if we will ever be able to implement this in the current setup…

But it could be nice to pass a certain payload back to the Panel from inside a hook, e.g. to

• redirect to (correct) slug (after changing it in hook)
• reload data (e.g. if changing page title in a hook)
