Changes preview: sync scroll position

In the changes preview, either automatically sync the positions of each window when viewing side by side, or offer a “link” icon to couple/decouple the scroll positions.

If an editor makes a change halfway down page, it’s annoying to have to move both windows to that position to compare, especially for a lot of changes. Having the windows synced would let the editor quickly scan each side.
