Date field: Panel formats#72

It would be great if the date field allowed different formats in the panel:

• YYYY-MM-DD
• DD.MM.YYYY
• YYYY/MM/DD
• …

Also interesting:

• separate settings for each language in a multilangue environment
• usage of Intl.DateTimeFormat to get the best matching format based on the user’s language

I like the format

• DD.MM.
  or/and
• MM-DD
  (no year !) to store days, thar repeat every year like holidays
