Custom marks and nodes in Writer fields/blocks#515

Plugins should be able to add custom marks to the Writer editor, in addition to the built-in ones.

This would make it easier to implement features such as footnotes, as seen in this plugin which currently overrides parts of the Writer component: https://github.com/johannschopplich/kirby-writer-marks
