Improve smartypants support

When using Kirby as a headless CMS, there’s no way to use Kirby’s smartypant’s support for content that comes from blocks and layouts (at least not an easy one… I imagine with lots of custom code it might be possible).

It’d be great if there was a simple way to enable smartypants for all content.
