Allow Panel stylesheet from route/multiple stylesheets#363

Currently, custom Panel stylesheets require a file in the filesystem. It would be great to be able to provide a dynamic stylesheet from a route instead.

As an alternative or additionally, being able to provide an array of files for the css option would be nice.
