Toolkit Feed class#289

A class that can be used to work with different kinds of feeds (RSS, Atom, JSON Feed), both to create feeds from a Kirby collection and to parse external feeds into a Kirby collection.

I already have a draft of this ready that I can finish if there is enough interest for it in the community.
