Textarea field : Set maxlength/minlength dynamically#209

Be able to use query language to control the maximal and/or minimal length of the entered text in a textarea field.

This way we could let an admin user set the maximal and minimal length of the entered text in a textarea field in the panel with number or text fields for instance.
