Display heading level in blocks#203

In the heading block it might be usefull to have a small inline label/specification of the heading level (h1, h2, h3 etc) for example in the top right corner. Very much like the two icons in this field at the bottom right.

Not all editors are aware of the difference in sizes and this will help to identify headings quickly and maintain (and explain) proper structure.
